Policies.

  1. Attendance & Age Policy

    • Ages 4-8 only

    • Children must be fully potty-trained.

    • There is maximum of 10 children per class.

  2. Drop-Off & Pick-Up

    • A parent/guardian must sign their child in & out.

    • A photo ID may be requested.

    • You can elect for late pick-up and add 30 mins onto your child’s class time.

  3. Illness & Wellness

    For everyone’s health & safety, please keep children home if they have:

    • Fever within the last 24 hours

    • Vomiting or Diarrhea

    • Any contagious illness

    Children showing symptoms during class will need to be picked up.

  4. Behavior & Safety

    We use gentle, positive guidance.

    If a child is unsafe, overly distressed, or consistently disruptive, a parent may be asked to pick-up early.

  5. Allergy Policy

    • We are a nut-free program.

    • All allergies must be listed on the registration form.

    • Parents must provide any emergency medications.

  6. Refunds & Cancellations

    • Cancellation made at least 24 hours in advance will be credited or rescheduled.

    • No refunds for no-shows.

    • Classes due to weather or instructor emergency will be credited or rescheduled.

  7. Photo & Media Release

    • There is an opt-out on our registration form.

    • Photos are used only for marketing and never include names.

    • If you do not consent, your child will not appear in any images.

  8. Liability Waiver

    You must follow the link to our waiver you will receive via email. This is required before your child can participate in class.

  9. Emergency Procedures

    • The class instructor is CPR/First Aid certified.

    • Parents will be contacted immediately in case of emergency.

    • Emergency services will be called if appropriate.
